Karl Maftoum
Karl is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in public sector ICT.
He has a strong focus on agency ICT transformation and has held leadership roles such as Chief Information Officer at the Australian Communications and Media Authority and Director of IT Operations at the Australian Financial Security Authority.
Karl possesses a valuable blend of technical, business, and ICT project management skills, excelling in delivering large-scale, business-critical technology initiatives within budget and on schedule.
Greg Field
Greg is an experienced former executive who has a background in IT management and shared services consulting.
He was previously a Partner in PwC, Managing Partner in Ernst & Young, Chief Finance Officer at Austrade, Chief Information Officer at both Austrade and the Federal Department of Industry, and Head of Corporate Services at the Federal Department of Resources, Energy, and Tourism.
Jordan Parfoot
Jordan lives to innovate and inspire others to do the same, through open collaboration, knowledge sharing and building practices that challenge our thinking, behaviours, and biases.
Jordan has had over 10 years working across the full gamut of ICT from engineering, through to digital services design, architecture and ICT program design & management
He has worked with a broad range of clients from Australia’s largest private health provider, through State and Federal government agencies. Jordan’s expertise is in designing, driving and delivering large scale change across infrastructure, platforms, unified communications, datacentre and cybersecurity.
David Yakaginsky
David, a former CIO and CTO at Lockheed Martin in the USA, brings extensive military experience and expertise as an ICT manager at Link Flight.
With notable achievements including designing a reconfigurable simulator for the US Army and leading ICT initiatives for programs like F-22 Raptor and SR71, David has also co-designed an AI-driven mail system used by USPS, Royal Mail, and Australia Post. Additionally, his impressive background encompasses work with NASA, authoring Federal Agency Technology Plans, and holding positions such as Sales Director at HP. Alongside his diverse professional roles, David is a commercial pilot, scientist, engineer, mentor, dedicated volunteer, and proud dad.
Warwick Gresty
Warwick has over 40 years working in Federal government ICT and has worked for several Vendor and ICT consultancy companies.
Warwick has been working with the Microsoft suite of products since 1995 and has been involved with deploying and managing those products in major Federal government departments. Warwick brings to the team deep experience in project management, Tender management, software deployment and customer engagement.
